Student Award

Eligibility Criteria

The Student Best Paper Award recognizes outstanding research contributions from young researchers. To be eligible:

• The candidate / presenter / first author must be a master's student, PhD candidate, or postdoctoral researcher for less than two years at the time of article acceptance.

• The paper must present original research with significant contributions to the field.

• The submission must be within the scope of the conference.

Submission Requirements

While submitting an abstract, the applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Abstract of the work for the conference: A concise summary of the research.

2. Full Paper (PDF format): A complete version of the article.

3. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A document outlining the applicant's academic background and research experience.

Submission Process

To apply for the Student Best Paper Award, submit your abstract as a regular abstract for the conference and provide the additional requested documents (pdf of the article and CV).

The process and deadline is similar to the general abstract submission. Only extra document are to be provided.

Review and Selection

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of experts based on originality, methodology, significance of results, and clarity of presentation. The winner will be announced on June 27th, 2025.

Award

Conference fees, travel expenses and accomodation will be covered for the winner.
