We are happy to organise a one-day short course provided by PumasAI and dedicated to fitting NLME to data.

This workshop explores the cutting-edge integration of machine learning within statistical frameworks, particularly focusing on Deep Nonlinear Mixed-Effect Models (DeepNLME) and Scientific Machine Learning (SciML). The event emphasizes advanced methodologies, such as embedding machine learning algorithms within dynamical systems to identify data-driven interactions and functional forms crucial to understanding biological and epidemiological dynamics. Attendees will investigate practical applications ranging from patient-specific disease progression modeling to interpreting epidemiological patterns using diverse and heterogeneous data sources.

Participants will also explore connections between these machine learning strategies and generative AI concepts, highlighting how generative modeling approaches can enhance dynamical system analyses. Interactive sessions featuring the DeepPumas software will offer practical, hands-on experience, empowering attendees to effectively apply these innovative methodologies.

This course features both lectures and interactive hands-on sessions.

A dedicated Q&A session ensures your queries are addressed comprehensively.

Price: 50 euros (lunch included).
