Publish your workA special topical collection of the Bulletin of Mathematical Biology (Springer Collection) has been negotiated for this workshop. Participants are highly encouraged to submit their work, whether it was presented at the workshop or is closely related with virus and immune dynamics. Further details are available on the Springer collection page. Submission deadline is June 30, 2026. Title : Modeling Virus–Immune Dynamics for Disease Control This topical collection originates from the 7th Workshop on Virus Dynamics, held in October 2025 in Bordeaux, France. The workshop convened virologists, immunologists, mathematical modelers, and systems biologists to address current challenges in modeling virus dynamics. This year’s theme emphasizes vaccine development and immunological processes. The collection showcases recent advances in mathematical modeling of virus–immune interactions across cellular, tissue, and host scales. Particular attention is given to integrative approaches that combine mechanistic modeling, quantitative data, and computational techniques to elucidate infection, immune response, and disease progression. Contributions span theoretical and applied perspectives, aiming to advance mathematical biosciences through interdisciplinary collaboration. Editors:
